Formlixo Intake Relay Ltd provides website form automation flow products and configuration services for small businesses. This includes ready-made automation flow structures, field mapping, notification setup, confirmation message configuration, spreadsheet and task setup, and basic workflow testing.
We do not provide custom software development, CRM systems, financial services, legal services, medical services, cybersecurity services, or any regulated or licensed professional services. All work is limited to general-purpose, non-sensitive business materials and simple website request workflows.
Automation flow products are provided for use with standard website contact forms, enquiry forms, and request forms. Customers are responsible for ensuring that their website forms comply with applicable laws and regulations, including data protection requirements.
Products and services may not be used for unlawful purposes, to process sensitive personal data categories, or in connection with regulated industries that require specialist professional advice.
Prices for automation flow products range from $10 to $250 depending on the flow type. Setup and configuration services are priced from $50 to $250 per service. Pricing is confirmed before any work begins. Payment terms are provided at the point of purchase or engagement.
Automation flow products are delivered as digital files or documentation. Setup services are delivered as configured workflows with usage notes. Delivery timelines are communicated at the point of engagement. We do not guarantee specific delivery dates unless confirmed in writing.
Formlixo Intake Relay Ltd provides services on a reasonable efforts basis. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use or inability to use our products or services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific product or service in question.
All automation flow structures, templates, and materials produced by Formlixo Intake Relay Ltd remain the intellectual property of the company until full payment is received. Upon payment, customers receive a non-exclusive licence to use the purchased materials for their own business purposes.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
